Wonderful all around. Mike is fair, honest, and knowledgeable. The work is top notch. Never met a mechanic that will honestly tell you the best course of action instead of leading you into spending money on something that prob won't fix the issue at hand. He knows Volvos better then they know themselves, but I'd trust any vehicle with him and his staff.
The owner is super honest and trust-worthy. I am very pleased after my first visit there.
Provides great customer service and reasonable prices. I have been a customer for a few years with my old car and now my new one. I thought I heard noise with my brake pads, but he took pictures of my brakes, showing me the padding explaining the dust. He saved me money, no charge. Always friendly.
