This was my first and last experience dealing with Welch auto parts. I ordered a water pump, but they sent the wrong one. They informed me that they didn’t have the correct part available in the country. That's fine, I completely understand . I then requested a refund, which took an astonishing five weeks and around fifteen phone calls to process. Great service, guys. I will never use this company again.

2 stars because the warehouse pick-packers are legends and no issues there. The main problem with this company comes from management & office staff.
Welch are absolute legends! The swift & sufficient service & communication by the office team as well as the packers at the warehouse is second to none. They truly go above & beyond to give clients the immaculate customer service they deserve from a top company that's still growing and evolving, and will succeed for many more years to come :) Love you guys!!
