I made an appointment for my son. I told them exactly what the issue was they said they would figure out what they would do and we would go from there. They looked, did NOTHING and referred him to another office and charged me $163.00. To do NOTHING. I knew I would pay an office fee but $163.00 for nothing? I would give zero stars if that was an option. I called to see if she is taking new patients. I was informed that she was with the stipulation that we’ve got a referral from a general practitioner even though my insurance doesn’t require one. So basically Trinity (having the monopoly in Minot) makes more money off of us and there’s nothing we can do about it! I think I’ll drive two hours to Bismarck!!!
