Nick has been great. He was reliable, did a great job, and for a reasonable price. I have interviewed for the job about 4 companies, and none came even close. We are hiring Welch and Son for another job. Highly recommend.

We hired Nick to come out after we hired another land clearing company who left our property a total mess costing us thousands of dollars. Nick completely transformed our property better than we could have imagined. We have 6 acres that needed to be completely leveled out, a 1 acre pond that needed to be dug deeper and cleaned out. He built up our road that was completely unusable, then laid down asphalt millings to insure our road wont ever wash out. He took down trees and burned all the debris. Nick did such an amazing job, I wish we hired him sooner! Nick is a very hard worker, honest and trustworthy and will get your job done right the first time!

I had a washed out drive way that needed to be fixed desperately and Nick came out and fixed it. It's been a couple months and even through a tropical storm and several storms it has held up great. I would recommend his work to anyone needing just about anything done because he is very professional and kind.
