Staff is incompetent. No one knows what the other is doing. Hated this place especially Memory Care. My in laws deteriorated there and their daughter used to visit almost nightly. Stay away. Too expensive and the cate level is poor.
This is the worse place to have a family member live. If you need full care for someone you love please don't send them here! The staff is bad, the care is not good and the manger is the worst! Very rude! It's not a good place at all!!! And the price to live there is ridiculous! Over $6,000 a month for 1 person! And the care is crap!!
I would not take my dog there they have no feeling for anyone the care givers have poor training Leaving people in bed in the morning that have to go to bathroom poor food bringing food Late to your room or no dinner at all Care giver should all be CNA train and to care for people feelings as my nursing training I known what I would do and push there button and no one comes they do not cover for each other to help out very ruff moving and bathing
We provided our services ( Smile for the Birdie) as a form of pet therapy earlier this year. Working with different senior living centers we find some to only have a $50.00-$100.00 monthly budget for outside entertainment. For Welbrook's activities director reach out to us and contract our services told us a lot about her and this facility. The location was extremely clean, all the staff were professional and most of all we had the privilege of meeting 40 very happy seniors! Clean as a whistle...friendly and professional caring staff...nice meals prepared with nice table settings...movies, tv, fun games...dj playing music from their time...nail polishing sessions, bingo and birdhouse painting...my step mom never did anything like this at home. She lived alone and preferred it that way...now since being at Welbrook Arlingto, she does things....fun things she never tried , like painting. I am glad I found this place.
