Craig was awesome! He was ontime, very knowledgable, experienced and personable. He was very patient after the springs and roller insrallation, as we worked to get the car - garage remotes and the MyQ app all synced up and working. He left his work area clean and I would highly recommend Welborn and specifically Craig to anyone for garage door repairs and installs.

Garrett did an excellent job addressing my issue. After 30 years my garage door failed and we could not get our cars out. I thought these doors could be quoted with simple dimensions. There's a lot more to it and this company left no stone unturned. I was blown away with their professionalism and attention to detail. The prices were pretty sweet, too. The best part is getting doors we love, with the track we wanted, in the huge oversized version we dreamed of. I can't wait until they are delivered and installed.

Jaxon explained everything I asked, very polite, did an exceptional job installing new springs on the garage door. Welborn is fortunate to have a great employee (technician) like Jaxon. I would definitely recommend your company. Thank you for the repair the same day I called.

Adam was pleasant and knowledgeable. I had 2 other company came before and and few years later and it’s broken again so he Installed and aligned it and it’s been the most smooth and quiet it has been since we moved in the house over 10 yrs ago. I went with the lifetime warrantied option for a piece of mind but he gave options that cost less.
