This was my first visit and Dr. Basco was very informative and respectful toward my husband and myself.
Worst doctor I’ve ever had. She will have you in the office all day long and dismiss every concern. She’ll have you unnecessarily coming to appointments just to charge you and your insurance. She talks over you when trying to explain your symptoms. She’s disrespectful and so is her staff. They are unprofessional, unorganized and the office needs to be cleaned. She does not care about her patients at all.
Dr.Boscow is the best at what he does

Everyone at JRMC was excellent from security, admissions, check-in at outpatient surgery center, prep, anethesist, Dr. Gilliard, etc. Very little wait time. Very satisfied.
My wife is from Brazil, speaks Portuguese, and not overly tech savvy. Apparently, she missed a couple of appointments in the past couple years, no text message reminders we know of. Well his office called her and asked her to find a different doctor. We really liked Dr Mullins, but we won't do business with an office that treats its customers in such a manner. I cancelled my upcoming appointment. We will be looking for a new doctor's office and doctor.
I've been Dr Mullins patient for almost 40 years. He is very familiar with all of my issues and is honest about what I can do to get better.
