This is a long overdue review; however, it gave me time to put my emotions aside and formulate a factual, to-the-point review of my very negative experience with Primrose Schools of Solon. Upon first visiting Primrose, I was incredibly impressed with the new, clean environment. Everything was up to date, security was on point, and things appeared very sanitary.
From day one, it was one issue after another. I specifically asked them not to give my daughter milk. She was given milk on three separate occasions. Each time, I rem... read more

I've been taking my daughter to Primrose since she was a year old and couldn't be happier with the director, teachers, and staff. They are all so caring and treat your child as they were their own. My daughter has really flourished being in a classroom with her peers and enjoys going to school each day. They are absolutely wonderful! I feel at ease knowing my daughter is in good hands.

Stop!! The owners at this location are blood suckers. Your child is not good here. Staff is terrific, but quits very often due to sneeky business pratices. Owners try to make up by stuffing them in other class rooms and often unattended. I agree the location is great and convenient, but dont risk it. They will do what ever it takes to save money often at the cost of your child's care. Dont be mislead by the smiling faces. They are down right soulless.

Words cannot express how pleased I have been with the care, love, and learning my children have consistently received at Primrose School of Eldridge Parkway. My daughter and son currently attend this Primrose location. My daughter is now in preschool but Primrose has been her home since she was about 8 weeks old. My son is 1 year old and also began at 8 weeks of age. I continue to be impressed with the effects of early stimulation and engagement for such young infants, and the inquisitiveness and wonder created in my prescho... read more

As highlighted on the Primrose corporate website, “90% of a child’s brain develops in the first five years.” Well, in the 3.75 months that our children attended preschool here, approximately 6% of their cognitive development has been lost, and we refuse to let any more time and burgeoning brain cells go to waste by sending our kids to this facility. The school initially appeared to be a great fit based on our initial (false) impression of the ownership and management. However, after noticing the daily pattern of our preschoo... read more

What is written are our opinions. We initially loved this place when we started because of the Christian values, low turnover and demonstrated care for the children. Although they are probably still one of the best options in the area our opinions have definitely declined as we are overall disappointed and disheartened with so many things. Recently we had an upsetting and traumatic incident which led to written and verbal conversations with this location and eventually DHS. After DHS informed the school of our complaint the ... read more

Our first experience of Primrose of Longwood WAS one of hope and delight. The property is well-maintained and the office staff WAS kind, but I have lost any hope in this school as an academic solution for our young ones. Overall, the teachers were great, but just as our child bonded and made progress with the best teachers, she was either moved to a different class or the teacher was swapped out. For a child who was stated to be "the smartest kid in the class," we were quickly kicked to the curb by management. Sadly, when as... read more

The pre-K education was fine, but the school lacks integrity and decency. My family moved from out of state when I married my husband. With all the change (a new school, missing family left behind, getting used to new family members, etc) my 4 year old was taking it hard. So, I put her in Primrose so she could at least be around her new sisters because that was the school they were already going to. Prior to that, she was only getting to see them every other weekend. Well, I didn’t know this until after she’d left the school... read more
