I was a patient of Dr. Weitz's for a short time. His office is operated out of his home. I would wait upwards to an hour to see him. Often times, there wouldn't have even been a patient before me. He would finally come in after piddling around in another part of the house. The waiting area was near a little secondary kitchen area.
