Have a brand new in box never opened phone purchased here. My father just past away so I called to see if they'd want this back or what to do. Guy showed no compassion, just said we don't take back phones past 30 days. Thought maybe he could suggest a place to sell or donate instead of trashing a brand new closed captioning phone. (or at minimum offer condolences?) Didn't make a good impression on the company.
