This company needs to get there shit together. They seem to only deal w people they want. Never return calls, waited months for an answer on loan deal, then dropped the ball. Just seem to have no time for business or customer issues. Sucks they are the only 1s in area to buy from.
My husband and I met last week with the salesman Chris. He was very nice and gave us lots of information. We found the manufactured home we wanted. I was a sample on their lot. The home is beautiful! 3 bedroom, 2 full baths and lots of closet space. The kitchen is a show stopper. Now we just have to wait for a lot to open up in Eastern Dawn. We may get lucky right away in May or have to wait.
I got a return call from Chris in Trevose and have an appt. tomorrow!!
I have been trying since Monday morning to reach a salesman and all I keep getting is the run around from the bookkeeper Barb. She is very nice but there is one excuse after another as to why Chris has not returned my calls. My husband and I are serious buyers and I really want to get things started. I guess they don't need the business. It sucks that I have to deal with a company that does not want to deal with me.
