Ordered a two piece tool from one of their market place sites, only one piece came in, the other did not, customer service was giving me the run around, the delivery email clearly states that the tool will be shipped in two separate packages, yet customer service basically called me a lie, won't stay in business long unless they change how they treat customers , clearly states 2 separate shipments, yet they called me a lie, maybe a letter to Eric will help
