Trademark Weissach responsiveness and proactivity demonstrated again on this service/repair appt.
Worst car buying experience ever. Had to make repeated follow up with sales manager and associate. Called for shipping to East coast and was treated rudely by Mike, like I was inconveniencing him. Called for updating Carfax report and had I to reach out for a response. Not at all proactive or helpful to me, not sure why. Don't think they care either.
I bought multiple cars at Weissach over the years and my experienced has been very positive. Recently I took my car for an oil change and right after I drove it, a check engine light come on. I just assume that it is something related but it is actually the issue with spark plug which is not related to oil change and fix it free of charge.
Excellent and quick. If you own a Porsche out of warranty the place to go.
