Doctor was great, but I’m not impressed with everything after the initial visit. Have been calling for months trying to get paperwork from them, and I was told they were working on it weeks ago. Most of the time when I call, during business hours, it’s straight to voicemail and no return call. Have had to push appointments back that have been made for MONTHS to accommodate the lack of the paperwork needed from this office. Very unfortunate, because the doctor was great.
I’m not impressed with this place. I had an appointment with William and was told his assistant would call to schedule my next appointment. I never received a call so I followed up and only received the answering service. I left a message and received a call months later asking if I would like to see Laura Wheeler, I saw her more than once and would absolutely not recommend.
