Very disappointing experience with Weiss-Johnson. I contacted their service department multiple times regarding an issue that required attention, but despite repeated follow-ups, the problem remains unresolved. It has been over a year, and no one has come out to properly address or fix the issue. Communication and customer service have been extremely poor throughout the process. I expected much better support and follow-through. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend their service.
