I discontinued my service there because they are indeed all about the $$$. They repeatedly suggested that a take out a line of credit for dental services that are covered under my insurance. Horrible!!! Recently Dr. Harold Weiss DDS opened a new business by the name of New York Family Dentistry. Who are they trying to fool! Do your research and be aware of their rip-off practices!!!
I made an appointment at the office in January 2017 because I was having pain and it was a 5 minute drive from my home. My first appointment I was told I needed a treatment that cost $1800 and that my insurance did not cover it. So me being scared I went ahead and got the treatment. My next few appointment was great, my doctor was amazing. Used to come here frequently, but it seems now it's all about $$. Bad customer service, will not be back.
The best dentist ever!!!! Been going there for years and love this office. Dr Weiss is so gentile and caring.
