I came in for dental care, not to overhear personal conversations about staff members’ weight or eating habits. Those topics are inappropriate for a front desk environment. I also experienced rude and condescending behavior from the receptionist when discussing balances and general interactions. Additionally, I overheard staff discussing patient names, which raises serious concerns about HIPAA compliance and patient privacy. I love Weiss and Glassell I’m never in there all day . The staff is phenomenal and the doctors are amazing. I was very apprehensive about having to get braces at my age but Dr. G told me don’t worry the time would fly by and it would be over before I knew it and believe it or not I’m almost finished .
Hands down the best experience I’ve had from a dental stand point. The atmosphere is amazing and the staff rates a 10 in customer care. I’d recommend any and every time.
