When you blindly file a suit against someone without investigation you are accepting liability for any false claims made in aforementioned suit. I strongly recommend you stop being lazy as midwesterners are. Airbnb has already been informed of the situation and their insurance, which we opted in for, is who you NEED to be talking to.
