Alex and Rob were the best! They did a great job resizing my watch and were both so nice and personable. We ended up talking for a while, and they made the entire experience so enjoyable. Amazing customer service— I would absolutely go back to them!
I took my ring in to get fixed and Persephone was truly amazing. So fun to talk to, kind, and really just made the experience nice! Always happy when I get to come in and see her!
Thank you for an amazing job on my ring. Customer service is excellent!!!
Sales guy, Alex, was very helpful, not pushy. Gave me advice on getting an entry level watch even though I couldn't buy one of his. Much appreciated!
Stephanie and her team fixed my wife and I's issues and then some. I appreciate the kindness and care that they showed us throughout the process and as long as they're here we will be customers. Thankyou all!
