I have been using Weisfield for my jewelry for 5 years now & I have had service done on my rings before. I sent off my engagement ring 12/01 & still have not received it back yet. I understand the service center can get busy but there should be more of a helpful & detailed status of the service once its made it to the service center. Hope I get it back before Christmas.
The adjusted my watch for a Google review and waived my $15 fee. Plus the repair department staff were super awesome and friendly!!!!
