We had just finished our wedding and it was wonderful! Jennifer was so easy to work with and answered all my questions! Setup went really smoothly and everything was clean and correct! Setup team didn’t really want to put up the walls but a firm yes was all they needed!

My husband and I drove 3 1/2 hours one way twice to drop off and pick up our 30x50 tent which was supposed to be professionally cleaned and repaired and patched in three small places. When we got there to pick it up, it had NOT been cleaned. They said they forgot to clean it-when we dropped the tent off (and when we first talked to them on the phone) we specifically said the main thing we wanted done was for it to be cleaned and we verified that was what the secretary put on the ticket.
