I usually practice patience as a patient. But, today I waited over 40 minutes past my scheduled appt. time before I decided to leave and reschedule with a different provider. After being pre-screened, I sat on the exam table for at least 20-25 minutes. Nobody checked on me to acknowledge me waiting or update that the doctor was running late.
