We like this pharmacy. We switched from a drug store pharmacy and found the service to be much better. As a bonus, you might even get Weis points depending on your insurance.
The refill process is very simple and user friendly. The staff is all very welcoming and kind. It can get busy with the phones and rushes of people, but the staff does a great job at keeping the line flowing. This has been my pharmacy for a few years.
If you value respectful and professional customer service, I strongly recommend avoiding this pharmacy. The pharmacist with short brown hair consistently demonstrates poor communication and a lack of professionalism, which reflects poorly on the establishment. While education and credentials are important, they do not replace the ability to treat customers with courtesy and respect—qualities this pharmacist appears to lack.
