Evening customer service is terrible. I've switched my pick ups to another pharmacy because of the really frustrating service I get here. And it's the same person every time. The first time I experienced this person was dropping off a prescription while i was in horrible pain. I was not even acknowledged for at least 15 minutes while standing at the drop off side. I love this pharmacy, the pharmacists and the customer service. Not to mention they send me text messages when im due for refills as well as when they have prescription for me to pick up. I travel 15 minutes out of my way just to continue using this pharmacy after moving
Excellent service
We used this pharmacy all the time until we moved. They were the only pharmacy that had an Rx I recently needed, so I traveled over 30 minutes to get it at Weis. The pharmacist is great and I realized how much I missed this place.
