Really disappointed with my experience at this pharmacy. I was initially told they didn’t have my prescription, but it turned out no one had actually taken the time to properly check for it. After that, I was told my medication would be ready in an hour. When I came back an hour and a half later, it still wasn’t ready. To make matters worse, I waited in line for 25 minutes just to be told it wasn’t prepared. This was a frustrating and unnecessary waste of time, especially when it involves medication. Due to how horrible Weis Pharmacy had started to get I moved my business elsewhere. We do not get a lot of prescriptions but we do get them. So I had a prescription I needed and didn’t want to drive all the way out to Hagerstown so I had them call into it. Well first the description on the package said “use a smidgen” ….what the heck is your definition of a smidgen so I called my doctor and he told me. Well, I can really say is over the last several years. I’ve seen a real decline in the interaction between customer and the pharmacist or the other workers. They’re just not as friendly or engaging as it used to be and my mom even noticed that she can’t get in there anymore. I pick her medicine up And I have in my file certain directions even if it’s me picking my medicine up and it’s never followed, or even asked. This pharmacy service has gone straight down the drain! I had to stop going there because literally 100% of the time I go to pick up my script and they don’t have it ready. But I had one more refill on a medication I wanted to get from them so had to go back for that. I’m here now because it was supposed to be ready by 4 pm and it is almost 6 pm.
