I am writing to report a deeply concerning interaction with pharmacy manager Rachael Peck. While I was politely inquiring at the register about a prescription status, Ms. Peck intervened in a highly aggressive and unprofessional manner. She repeatedly ordered me to "take a seat" in a demeaning tone, cutting me off mid-sentence multiple times. Her communication style was incredibly belittling and entirely unacceptable for someone in a management role. This was my first time using this pharmacy and will be my last also!
Poor customer service I drove like 15 mins it was 9:29pm and the dude said they were closed..... Ridiculous no longer shopping at weis
Really disappointed with my experience at this pharmacy. I was initially told they didn’t have my prescription, but it turned out no one had actually taken the time to properly check for it. After that, I was told my medication would be ready in an hour. When I came back an hour and a half later, it still wasn’t ready. To make matters worse, I waited in line for 25 minutes just to be told it wasn’t prepared. This was a frustrating and unnecessary waste of time, especially when it involves medication. Due to how horrible Weis Pharmacy had started to get I moved my business elsewhere. We do not get a lot of prescriptions but we do get them. So I had a prescription I needed and didn’t want to drive all the way out to Hagerstown so I had them call into it. Well first the description on the package said “use a smidgen” ….what the heck is your definition of a smidgen so I called my doctor and he told me.
