Well, I can really say is over the last several years. I’ve seen a real decline in the interaction between customer and the pharmacist or the other workers. They’re just not as friendly or engaging as it used to be and my mom even noticed that she can’t get in there anymore. This pharmacy service has gone straight down the drain! I had to stop going there because literally 100% of the time I go to pick up my script and they don’t have it ready. But I had one more refill on a medication I wanted to get from them so had to go back for that. I’m here now because it was supposed to be ready by 4 pm and it is almost 6 pm. If I could give zero stars, I would. Every single time I get my prescription filled, it is wrong. They give the same excuse every time: "It gets filled by corporate headquarters and shipped to us, and we have no idea why they don't read the note in the file that says you need a certain brand." They always say they will address it, but clearly it's not important. I even asked that they put it in the last name field on the system! How many others are they filling wrong? LOL I'm glad I'm not the only one that doesn't have their prescriptions filled. EVERY SINGLE MONTH when my medicine comes in I have to call them to start it or it never gets filled. After not filling it again yesterday I have my wife go pick it up the following day STILL NOT FILLED, THEY LIED AND SAID THEY CALLED ME AND I CANT GET IT UNTIL 3 LMFAOOOOO this place is trash anymore and it's sad because when I first moved to boonsboro 4 years ago I loved weis.
