Due to how horrible Weis Pharmacy had started to get I moved my business elsewhere. We do not get a lot of prescriptions but we do get them. So I had a prescription I needed and didn’t want to drive all the way out to Hagerstown so I had them call into it. Well first the description on the package said “use a smidgen” ….what the heck is your definition of a smidgen so I called my doctor and he told me. Well, I can really say is over the last several years. I’ve seen a real decline in the interaction between customer and the pharmacist or the other workers. They’re just not as friendly or engaging as it used to be and my mom even noticed that she can’t get in there anymore. I pick her medicine up And I have in my file certain directions even if it’s me picking my medicine up and it’s never followed, or even asked. This pharmacy service has gone straight down the drain! I had to stop going there because literally 100% of the time I go to pick up my script and they don’t have it ready. But I had one more refill on a medication I wanted to get from them so had to go back for that. I’m here now because it was supposed to be ready by 4 pm and it is almost 6 pm. If I could give zero stars, I would. Every single time I get my prescription filled, it is wrong. They give the same excuse every time: "It gets filled by corporate headquarters and shipped to us, and we have no idea why they don't read the note in the file that says you need a certain brand." They always say they will address it, but clearly it's not important. I even asked that they put it in the last name field on the system! How many others are they filling wrong?
