I had previously rated this company 4 stars, but the customer service has really gone downhill lately... Unfortunately I'm afraid I'm going to have to look elsewhere for my business (gas, deli, etc) needs and not support a local company because they just don't seem to care. This is even after taking my concerns to the longtime manager Deb.
