Had a lovely experience with the phlebotomist that was here on Wednesday morning this week. My first time in here. She was an absolute gem. I was a difficult one to get blood from due to having just had another draw recently. She was kind, gentle, yet persistent to make sure she got me taken care of. And if she reads this, despite me being an easy one to bruise, I didn't bruise :) Thanks again for being so friendly, gentle, and compassionate while I was in.
Place is ran by a very nice women who is very good at getting patients in and out.
Sign says it’s open at 8 but it’s 8:24 and no one is here. 4 total patients are just waiting in parking lot. Seems lazy, inconsiderate, and a terrible business practice.
