Air conditioning has been broken (after raising the price of the monthly membership) for roughly two months and there has been no communication about it. No email was sent and no signs anywhere of when it’ll be fixed. I texted the owner and have not received a response. Their solution to the ac being broken is very dangerous. I love this gym and the atmosphere but I am considering going elsewhere because of safety concerns.

I don't understand businesses like this. I've been trying for days to get a hold of someone for how to get a membership lol. Filled out form online, never got any reply. Tried chat message through site. Can you imagine how much money they've lost by not responding to people. Edit: so it appears that the only way of getting anyone to contact you is by leaving a bad review. Also thank you for confirming that you did see my form filled out at 2am, and still several days later still never replied lol.
