We have recently had two property in the Gippsland region (one new and one refurbished)completed by Weirs, right from the first visit to there showroom to the completion of both jobs the staff and communication was excellent. Mark visited both properties to measure and quote with great advice/knowledge and time frame in mind as one building wasn't complete. Weirs have been amazing to work with and communicate with. They moved my furniture around, took it apart and put it back together. Products installed look and feel amazing. Jonno, the young man doing all the work, was efficient and very friendly. Would absolutely recommend!
Was after a quote, shown another quote which I thought was very high for one bedroom to be replaced, told we can't do any better than that and same rental carpet!! Went to carpet court and they quoted almost half the price for the same carpet!!!! Do yourself a favor, shop around just because we live in the country doesnt justify excessive prices and nil customer service!!!!
Excellent customer service very helpful in finding tiles and recommending an excellent tiler who could lay tiles Maddie was the girl that helped me with the tiles and Tim the tiler that they recommended did an excellent job very professional thank you for making the experience so easy Regards Michael Cremona
