Don’t ever go here. Staff sucks. Went to sit around 3:40. No one was there front desk. The lady didn’t come back until 4:25. Seriously wasted my time. Came here for a good holiday hoping to do my first time as jet skiing, end up frustrated. Enjoy the boardwalk and lake. This place should have better staff and a better website. The worst place ever to jet-ski in New Hampshire.
Lots of fun ! A group of 5 of us jet skied for 2 hours. Reserved days in advance, and when we asked to change our reservation day, they were accommodating. Be forewarned, you need to take a test to get a temporary nh boating license (have to pay $25), it’s not a trivial test but you are given a booklet to use to take the test. Buyer BEWARE!!! This place is a scam!! They make you pay full price to reserve a jet ski then tell you when you get there that you have to take/pay for a test for a temp boating license. You get one shot per day at the test that you don’t get to study or get any help with. If you fail they don’t refund you even though their website has a bunch of conflicting policies about refunds, but ultimately says they will, and they don’t care to make it right or even contact you back when you’re trying to figure things out.
