Always a pleasure even when your a scared pet parent
Amazing staff
Our black lab Charlie needed an emergency visit, Friday evening of the long weekend. Dr. Kirsten Halter looked after Charlie and our family with compassion, care and so much empathy. We had to say goodbye to Charlie that evening and as hard as it was to leave him behind, we knew Dr. Halter would take care of our precious four legged family member with dignity, respect and compassion. Thank you Dr Halter for helping and guiding our family in our time of need.
We called the emergency vet line because our dog was screaming running around the house because it looked like she had broken her tail. The receptionist was incredibly rude and sounded annoyed we even called saying “this doesn’t sound like an emergency and can wait until we open”. I get it’s an hour until your shift is done but our dog was in so much pain and to get that response was incredibly unprofessional. If you have a 24 hour service, then expect to get animals at any time that are hurt.
