I don't know where to start here. I was told to call these people by someone who has used them for years for a number of establishments, so I did. When I called the young lady sounded exasperated. I get this, it is the busy season, BUT the first impression of any business is laid by the person who answers the phone. I was not impressed. I said to her that I was to drop a name and she cut me off - "name dropping will not get you anywhere" she said with the most smug tone I have heard in years. Called to schedule an inspection for a leak and was given a lot of attitude. I was friendly and just wanted to hire someone to help out since our gas was shut off and they started ranting at me. They said theyd check and call back but didnt so i followed up. I called and was told they werent interested with another rude curt response, ending the call on me. This is my first time experiencing this sort of behavior, and its honestly shocking.
