I called and had service a couple of hours later. Joe came fixed the problem and explained everything that he was doing. Very polite and professional. The receptionist was very helpful and I paid the next day. Prices were reasonable.
I would highly recommend Weir brothers for any heating and cooling needs. The absolute great service from when I called to schedule someone to their amazing quick response . Joe the service guy was a true pro @ his job and diagnosis the issue and even did a few extra things over above my expectations. Highly recommend!!!!
I called about a month ago for a quote and hadn't heard back after a few days so I called back a few days later. The secretary was very rude and I still have not heard back.

I don't know where to start here. I was told to call these people by someone who has used them for years for a number of establishments, so I did. When I called the young lady sounded exasperated. I get this, it is the busy season, BUT the first impression of any business is laid by the person who answers the phone. I was not impressed.
