Called to schedule an inspection for a leak and was given a lot of attitude. I was friendly and just wanted to hire someone to help out since our gas was shut off and they started ranting at me. They said theyd check and call back but didnt so i followed up. I called and was told they werent interested with another rude curt response, ending the call on me. This is my first time experiencing this sort of behavior, and its honestly shocking.

Terrible company had them service pool heater claimed they fixed problem charged me $160.00 for repair heater ran for 2 days and quit same code flashing on unit called them numerous times took week to hear from them scheduled another service call they confirmed would be out to repair 3 weeks later still waiting for them to show up also said AC units were more important but as a paying customer think service is service place is a joke will never call for service from these clowns again and will not recommend this joke of a co... read more
