ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT and HORRIBLE DOCTORS, OFFICE STAFF, AND MANAGER. Their malpractice and negligence had delayed my cancer treatment by more than a month. Dr. Howard Yeh told me to come in 6/16 to determine whether I would need additional chemotherapy. When I arrived for the appointment, he asked me for my PET scan results BUT I had no PET scan results because he FORGOT to authorize a PET scan for me. San Gabriel location: - Check in staff are nice and helpful - Triage staff are nice and accommodating - Treatment staff/nurses are very attentive and supportive. Wait time varies. Clean facility and enough space, has windows so it brightens up the area and feels good to see outside. Overall, I give it 5 stars in all aspects.
