The only reason for the 1 star is because i cant review with no stars. The npc was rude and demanding. She left me in the room for over 20 minutes to go speak with the doctor. I was like ok he will be the next to come into the room. Well i was wrong i was in the office for over an hour in a room and not one moment of that time was spent with the actual doctor. Dr. Youssef is AMAZING! He saved my life! He is kind hearted, he listens, he's a great Dr. He will take the time to find out and find a solution for your ailments. I can't say enough about Dr. Youssef, Dr Dodig, and the other Drs, Nurses, and Staff. You may wait in his office a while, but the reason for that is Dr. Youseff and the Other Drs. Take the time to listen, and address your issues. They will NEVER rush you. So if you must wait, be patient and keep in mind they will do the same for you.
Doctors are great an knowledgeable, nurses are hit or miss. Nurses are awful. I called today to have a script filled I've been waiting over two weeks for. The doc has been giving me samples in the meantime. When I called today I was told it was at my pharmacy, when I said 'No its not I was just there' the nurse responded with, "No, your wrong." When I pressed her to ask if he could write another scripts I was told no and then promptly hung up on. Dr. Youseff FIRE YOUR RECEPTIONIST
Awesome Doctor and staff. Very compassionate and caring. High quality and safe and works with patient in all aspects of procedures to guides you threw process with kindness and upmost quality for you.
this is the most kind and caring dr. i have ever in my life been to. and i have been to alot . been to other gastro drs and not any of them help me much less diagnose me. dr Youssef saved my life. he actully cured me. he always listens without interrupting no matter how tired he is he so cheerful and truly cares for his patients. he never makes me feel weird or intimidated. His girls in the back are awesome also. especially the 2 ambers. he is priceless. i wish all of my drs were like him.
2 yrs with Dr in ATL, 3 yrs @ Clev Clinic w poor results. Dr Yousef had me back on recovery in just days and reasonable life within weeks. What a beautiful caring man and Marggerite his nurse is a jewel. Get here as fast as you can. accept no substitute!

I'll try keeping this brief because there are many wonderful things to say about this doctor! He is professional, knowledgable, caring, attentive, explains all options/really listens/really cares, & makes you feel as though you're going to make it through under his care, no matter what, & no matter what other health issues you may be plagued by. Definitely my fave doctor!
This is absolutely the most amazing caring and knowledgeable doctor I have ever had the pleasure of going to. He cares for his patients on a level I've never experienced and can't say enough about his positive caring attitude and willingness to go to any length to make you better. I could go on and on. It's a godsend that I've been sent to this doctor for my severe problems and would fly to see him if I move a thousand miles away.
