For over a year my mother visited Dr. Weippert with no diagnosis, lack of return calls from staff, serious pain, and unfriendly staff. After being fed up, she finally got another referral to a different doctor who has provided answers and relief in just 4 months.
Dr Weippert is a pleasant, easy-going, regular-guy kind of doctor. We've been to his office several times and also had an endoscopy done by him. He did a nice job and we'd highly recommend him. The problem is his staff. They are the most unfriendly, unwelcoming, bordering on rude staff we've ever experienced. I am a retired physician; if my staff was as cold & arrogant as his I'd have fired them immediately. Dr Weippert is caring and compassionate. He didn't waste anytime ordering testing. He explained all the procedures and the results they would produce. The office staff was incredibly helpful with pre-authorizations and appointments.
