I’m not sure who I spoke with today at the sales counter but he was incredibly helpful and informative (curses a lot if that helps w ID for praise). I needed a replacement for a shower knob cartridge. He tried to find a match but couldn’t find one. Explained that they tend to supply contractors and don’t have more specialized items.
