If I could give a "0" start I would. Do NOT use these guys. They have no clue what their doing and they will claim their experts and then just cobble it together instead of performing the work correctly. Took 3 different appt for Terry to show up to my house then when he did he was 3 hours late from the agreed time. Showed up and asked to use my personal ladder even though he had ladders on his truck.... apparently he didn't want to get them off.
