David Jay is a man of integrity, creativity and skill: these qualities define him! David designed a beautiful, functional playground for pre-schoolers which complimented the backdrop of our 1881 stone church; it was quite a feat! With his upbeat attitude and his willingness to hear our ideas, David was responsive, generous, and beyond capable. David made himself available throughout the project; I highly recommend him as a landscape architect!
I have worked with David Jay for many years on a variety of landscape design projects. What impresses me is his commitment to thoroughness as well as his understanding of the complexities of any design he is involved with. The less understood nuisances of proper grading, plant selections based on texture, growing characteristics, insect and disease considerations are so important to the long-term success of any design.
