Mr. Weiner is very accessible and answers all your questions and concerns. If you are looking for a sharp attorney who does not mess around getting your case going. Gary Weiner is the attorney for you. His staff is friendly and helpful even when your life is falling apart. I was most impressed with Gary’s abilities during depositions. (Would have loved to see him during a trial but glad it did not come to that) He made sure I knew what to expect and how to answer. I had interviewed 3 attorneys and being an attorney myself, I selected Scott after our initial consult with a keen eye on results. Scott showed me expertise in his field of family law that gave me the confidence to file for divorce, in the face of threatened bitter litigation from a bitter spouse unhappy with her prenuptial agreement.
