I ended up not using this guy (Thomas/Tom, SD Probate) because I caught him in a (snide) lie. The next business day when he called me I tried to ask him about it again and he gave me a totally different answer. I questioned him about the answer and he got another attitude, then hung up on me. This happened one other time with a different probate attorney.
