Staff is rude and very unprofessional. Don't care about anything or anyone but themselves.
I started working here in 2024 as the Director of Health and Wellness. I love coming to work everydayKaren has been amazing leader. The nursing staff have been working here for years. Weinberg Village does not have that change over with staff like you might see at other communities. The staff are truly amazing and such a caring team. It truly feels like home. The residents are truly so precious and we love all of them🩷

I fill as a private contractor I can say Weinberg Village is a very good place to work. My experience there was very good it’s a really nice clean facility and the best part to me was helping the elderly people a lot of them are very sweet and nice. It made me feel very good I can make them happy and tend to their needs.The elderly people were very pleased with my work , I feel this is a good facility for elderly people because the staff actually cares and they all work together as one .
Weinberg Village is so important for the Tampa community. It offers a loving atmosphere with staff that has been working there for over 20 years. The Jewish culture and values that are weaved throughout Weinberg, including kosher food, makes the facility unique and now, more than ever, so vital. I am proud to be part of an assisted living facility that is always aiming to raise the bar higher and higher.
