pre ordered a uhaul van through this company, when i went to pick up the van guy there said someone canceled my order and that there was no van.. and told me nothing he could do for me.. sent me all the way to mansfield to pick up another van.. and still did nothing for me. very poor service and the 800 number for customer service is even worse..
