I had the misfortune of breaking down on the highway right next to Moorfield and these guys saved us. We barely managed to make it to their shop with a failing alternator and an exhausted battery on a mid day Wednesday with their schedule fully booked for the day. Being on the road in a car loaded with camping gear, wife, dog etc, they triaged the 2004 Explorer right away and replaced the alternator in a few hours, putting us back on the road by 5pm the same day. By a far the best of the Ford service departments I’ve been to. Nathan always took care of me, timely, honest, and they don’t screw over their customers. My only complaint is I moved and am now 2 hours away and have to find another Ford service department with comparable service.
I arranged my schedule around the appointment I made a week in advance. When I arrived, they had no record of my appointment. I was told I could wait until they could squeeze me in at some point later in the day. I was offered no apology and no offer of a discount. When I told the woman at the desk that I wouldn't be able to wait and needed to make a new appointment, she shrugged her shoulders and said, "Okay, whatever". Her attitude caused me to decide not to make another appointment, and to never use their garage again.
