My 2020 Jeep Wrangler battery died on the spot, leaving me stranded in town (Moorefield WV). Debbie in the rental department set me up immediately with a rental so I was only without a vehicle for maybe 30 minutes. Clinton is Service was also fantastic by squeezing me in and replacing the battery within hours. A fantastic experience and I just can't thank them enough!!!!!
Totally disappointed!!!! Made an appointment to have the heater fixed in a vehicle. Dropped it off this morning, went back this afternoon to get it. Charged $123.00, and they didn't do a darn thing!! That girl asked if he wanted to make an appointment to fix it!!!! WTH!!! We NEVER have any issues at the Ford garage.
Great for service if you're paying, warranty service not so much. After several calls over months & promises to call me back I took the vehicle to another dealer who took care of the issue immediately. Seems short sighted, I know where I'm not buying my next car.
Nothing but great service. 3 keeps later and I still love the service I get at Weimer Chrysler Dodge Jeep!
