Not even stepping in. I work for insurance and when I call over, and receptions is saying well maybe your in the network, I'll look, not sure, maybe...I loose lose confidence immediately. I know there in the network, I checked before I called..., but then she isnt sure? This initial phone call deters me right off the bat that they will mess something up, bill wrong, or not complete the services i need.
