I have never in my life been treated so poorly. After being a disabled patient for over 4 years and continually tolerating mistreatment, today was the worst of it all. The neurology practice lied to me about my coverage prior to the appointment, ensuring no copay and that my insurance was active. Less than 24 hours prior to my appointment I received many urgent calls regarding my insurance.
