I recently visited Weill Cornell Medicine’s Iris Cantor Men’s Health Center for blood work, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. I was courteously greeted by Jonathan at the front desk, and then Barbara, the nurse who drew my blood, welcomed me with a beautiful smile. She was warm, friendly, and highly skilled — the process was quick and comfortable. It was truly a pleasure to walk into such a professional, caring environment and be treated so well. 425 East 61st Street location. Rude, incompetent, lazy, and obnoxious staff. They do not care about their patients or their time. I’ve never ever encountered such ignorant staff before!! I’m not sure where they found such staff. DO NOT go there! They DO NOT care!!
