The scheduling department at this hospital-- is rude and unprofessional. How are you explaining the situation to a representative and when she tells you can have an office visit or video visit? You choose one- and then she says nothing--and while you continue to say hello, hello. They still continue to say nothing. Be careful when visiting this practice. My office visit was charged as a hospital visit to my insurance. To make things worse, the billing department made it seem as if it was my fault for not knowing to ask the question. The building is physically separate from the main campus hospital. According to the them as a patient you are suppose to know the real estate classification of their office.

Please save your time and look elsewhere. We have not had a positive experience with the IBD center. They left my loved one to suffer through months of a Crohn’s flare with no solutions, wait several months for a fusion. While you are left to figure it out. In patient hospital stay was a nightmare. Not an experience anyone should go through!
