I made an appointment to see the OB with a confirmation email and upon arrival the receptionist said, somehow the appointment was deleted. Without causing a fuss, I agreed to reschedule. Then me and my husband had back-to-back appts to see Dr. Mockler. I told the receptionist over the phone I was running a few minutes behind due to traffic.
