This was a very pleasant experience. I had to wait a few weeks to get in as a new patient. But worth it. I came early to fill out out papers and less than 5 minutes later I was called in. Staff was super friendly. No complaints.
By far the worst medical experience I have ever had. The administration is abysmal. They take zero accountability for their mistakes. I will never return to any ENT in the Weil Cornell system. Same story at multiple locations. Apathetic staff.
INSANELY HIGH CHARGES AND NO EXPLANATION OF BENEFITS. Little background: I've been getting nosebleeds for 5 years now but never got it checked out since I was in college (which is of importance since I am young and was taken advantage of). I phoned this practice because I was experiencing vertigo. They could not give me an appt until 3 weeks later. The receptionist's attitude was horrific. I guess it's about the money and not helping people.
