I debated writing this review, but I feel it’s important so others can make a better-informed decision. Nurse Practitioner V.S. performed a polyp removal despite active bleeding and poor visibility. After the procedure, I was not told to stay for observation to ensure I was stable before leaving. I soon experienced severe bleeding, went to the emergency room, and was later told my cervix had been cut too deeply, resulting in significant blood loss and emergency surgery. There is a minimum 1h wait for the doctors you want to see on at this Weill Cornell location. Time management is at levels never seen for this hospital. Try to book anywhere else but here! I had to cancel my appointment once I got there because I was told 30min wait and then after 15min I waited and asked again they changed their mind and said 1h30. This is totally disrespectful of people’s time and patients.

I went with father to get an eye exam done on December 11,2024, Doctor Nguyen dilated My father eyes. The Docter fail to tell my father what he see in my father eye and told us is nothing he can can do about my father’s vision and he has nerve damage. That isn’t something you tell to a Patient especially without Telling us information and did not put it on his medical paperwork. This doctor is not Professional and I don’t see why he is an eye doctor. I really don’t trust Weill cornell eye doctors especially Nguyen.
